This is an insight into my work with addiction related to drugs and the connections this has with the underworld.

While meditating on an issue a while back, I was faced with an unusual paradigm.

I was in a meditative state and fully connected and waiting for my solution. When a energy I had not encountered before entered my unity consciousness and told me to write about Drugs and the Underworld. I asked why? The response was positive, clear and loving. "Write about Drugs and the Underworld". This dialogue went on a while and I finally agreed and I returned to consciousness. (The reason I realised the dialogue went on a while was 90 minutes had passed, but seemed like only moments).

The Underworld

I began to ponder on the meaning of "the underworld" and realised in time that the reference to the underworld was a reference to the dark lords of the underworld. Along with their dark energy and not the dark lords of the living human kind. Although one is driven by the other.

drugs

In my work as a counsellor and hypnotherapist I have had a number of young clients who were drug users and drug addicts. I make the distinction between both user and addict very lightly because there is a very fine line between both.

Most drug users, who don't accept they are addicted will argue that they are not addicted and that various types of drugs are not addictive. In fact some go on to argue that some drugs are good for you and have medicinal qualities. I have no doubt this may be true. But the bottom line. Drugs carry the potential to destroy lives not only the users but their friends and families lives also. (So if you are going to comment on how Marijuana is non addictive and medically good for you. Save it. Marijuana can be addictive and is a gateway to the next level for so many users.)

But depending on the drug of choice and the state of being of the user will determine whether or not the addictive trigger will be ignited.

National Institute on Drug Abuse

According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse this is what happens to the brain when we take drugs:

The design of Drugs are to make drug lords wealthy. So the drugs are chemically constructed to tap into the brain’s communication system and disrupt the way nerve cells send, receive, and process information.

Two of the many ways drugs cause this disruption are to imitate the brain’s natural chemical messengers and to overstimulate the “reward circuit” of the brain.

Some drugs, such as (marijuana and heroin, have a similar structure to chemical messengers called neurotransmitters, which are naturally produced by the brain. This allows the drugs to “fool” the brain’s receptors and activate nerve cells to send abnormal messages.

Other drugs, such as cocaine or methamphetamine, can cause the nerve cells to release abnormally large amounts of natural neurotransmitters, mainly dopamine, to prevent the normal recycling of these brain chemicals, which is needed to shut off the signaling between neurons.

The result is a brain awash in dopamine, a neurotransmitter present in brain regions that control movement, emotion, motivation, and feelings of pleasure.

Reward System

The overstimulation of this reward system, which normally responds to natural behaviors linked to survival (eating, spending time with loved ones, etc.), produces euphoric effects in response to psychoactive drugs. This reaction sets in motion a reinforcing pattern that “teaches” people to repeat the rewarding behavior of abusing drugs.

As a person continues to abuse drugs, the brain adapts to the overwhelming surges in dopamine by producing less dopamine or by reducing the number of dopamine receptors in the reward circuit. The result is a lessening of dopamine’s impact on the reward circuit, which reduces the abuser’s ability to enjoy not only the drugs but also other events in life that previously brought pleasure.

The Cycle Continues

This decrease compels the addicted person to keep abusing drugs. In an attempt to bring the dopamine function back to normal, but now larger amounts of the drug are required to achieve the same dopamine high. An effect known as tolerance.
Long-term abuse causes changes in other brain chemical systems and circuits as well.

Glutamate is a neurotransmitter that influences the reward circuit and the ability to learn. When the optimal concentration of glutamate is altered by drug abuse, the brain attempts to compensate, which can impair cognitive function.

Brain imaging studies of drug-addicted individuals show changes in areas of the brain that are critical to judgment, decision making, learning and memory, and behavior control.

Together, these changes can drive an abuser to seek out and take drugs compulsively despite adverse, even devastating consequences - that is the nature of addiction.

So we see and know the harm that drug taking can cause. Who in their right minds would start taking drugs - that is my point.

Addiction

Again according to the NIH some will become addicted and some may not and here are the bases of their findings.

No single factor can predict whether a person will become addicted to drugs.

Risk for addiction is influenced by a combination of factors that include individual biology, social environment, and age or stage of development.

The more risk factors an individual has, the greater the chance that taking drugs can lead to addiction.

For example:

Biology. The genes (according to Dr Bruce Liption, it is not the genes, but the DNA) that people are born with, in combination with environmental influences that account for about half of their addiction vulnerability.

Additionally, gender, ethnicity, and the presence of other mental disorders may influence risk for drug abuse and addiction.

Environment. A person’s environment includes many different influences, from family and friends to socioeconomic status and quality of life in general.

Factors such as peer pressure, physical and sexual abuse, stress, and quality of parenting can greatly influence the occurrence of drug abuse and the escalation to addiction in a person’s life.

Development. Genetic and environmental factors interact with critical developmental stages in a person’s life to affect addiction vulnerability.

Although taking drugs at any age can lead to addiction, the earlier that drug use begins, the more likely it will progress to more serious abuse, which poses a special challenge to adolescents.

Because areas in their brains that govern decision making, judgment, and self-control are still developing. Adolescents may be especially prone to risk-taking behaviors, including trying drugs of abuse.

Deceit and Dishonesty

Having witnessed first hand, the lies, deceit, dishonesty, underhandness, manipulation, hurt and hardship drugs cause is heartbreaking.

How a bright young person with a big bright heart, caring and loving can be changed into someone that cannot be trusted and to be avoided because of drugs.

Bearing in mind the findings of the NIH, the journey into drugs usually occurs around lack of self worth, low self esteem and poor self security within the family unit or with their peers.

Generally strong self esteemed individual manage to stay clear of the temptation of that first taste.

But we all know about drugs, their addictive powers and the devastation and destruction.

What we may not know is the dark energy that is propelling the distribution and use of drugs. Which is the underworld I referred to earlier.

For some this will sound a little hard to grasp or a little crazy. But not nearly as crazy as taking drugs in the first place knowing how destructive they are.

If we can accept there is an energy in all that we do and in all that we are. Just like any energy source or force there must be opposing energy. With electricity is a positive and negative charge.

Yin and Yang

The yin and yang principles apply to our own energy and the energy that is in the matrix in which we live. Light energy opposing dark energy.

The underworld is that home of the dark energy and it is rising up everyday to grow and get stronger. It lives in the hearts of dark or bad men and lurks in places such as night clubs, concerts, pubs and parties. Basically anywhere there is too much alcohol consumed in public places with strangers.

I am not condemning drinking alcohol nor am I saying that any of these places are bad. What I am stating are facts about what happens when we consume too much alcohol and "out of our head" attend venues such as clubs and pubs.

There already exists a residue of dark energy at the venues. Primarlary because the activities that have already occurred there. They are a haven for vampires and the dark lords.

When we consume alcohol to excess we close down the pineal gland. That gland is the most important of all as it is this gland that connects us to source. It is like a two way transmitter. Power down and power up. When we drink to excess we close the power up access and therefore distort the energy flow. Therefore  we become drone like with no Light connection.

The Dark Energy

We are therefore susceptible to dark energy influence such as drugs.

Of course alcohol is not the only gateway to our introduction to drugs. As stated already low self esteem or self worth or a weakness in our security system will also open us to the lure of confidence and security. Many young teens start their journey from this starting point and is usually triggered by some form of trauma or breakdown in the family unit. What might seem small or insignificant to a parent or sibling may be life crushing to a young child or teen. As we all have a different reservoir of Self worth.

Of all the behaviours available to man. Consumption of drugs is the most efficient way the dark lords have to create drone armies in the darkness. While under the influence or in the addiction of drugs. We are lost to the Light and are drone like in our behaviour and do what we are told by the dark lords.

The dark lords lay in waiting with bated breath for the young and innocent to enter their lair so they can ply them with norcotics and lure them to the dark side. The lure of being accepted, being wanted, being needed, being confident and euphoria is too big a temptation for the psychologically impaired.

Temptations

Once tempted the chances of wanting more are enhanced and next time out, we seek that dopamine hit again and again.

Once hooked, addiction follows and the person remains in the drone state to follow the command of the dark lords. The greater the numbers can be gathered the stronger the dark force becomes.

As a counsellor I was always angry with the drug pushers and the drug lords then I realised that they were just part of the evil that drew innocent indvisuals into a living hell. They themselves were either addicted or infected by darkness.

The senior druggies are so clever. They bait their prey with free stuff. Then there is a debt to pay. The user cannot pay, but is hooked never the less and now must work for the druggy couriering, holding and delivering. It's like a spiders web of never endingness.

The Fear

The user lives in fear twofold. The fear of non supply and the fear of the druggy.

Once hooked on drugs of any kind it is very difficult to unhook, to break free. When the user is indebted to the pusher, it's almost impossible as the user will seldom be truthful to their friends or family in just how much they owe the pusher. So pushers will use compounding to ensure their prey never leave. Others just use violence and fear.

The bottom line here is drugs are about dark energy. Dark energy wants to flourish and the way it flourishes is to hook as many innocent people as possible.

I have encountered this dark energy up close and personal. I am not only referring to the physical aspect but more importantly the Etheric aspect.

So what can we do to stop this dark infection and invasion? We need to start at the start!

Parental Advice On Drug Use

Parents need to be more vigilant with their children. Paying attention to who they are hanging out with, a proper curfew, and fuller communication. Observe changes in behaviour and not just "ah he's a teenager" attitude. The new trend of kids isolated in their rooms while parents are downstairs are already signs that something is not working in the family unit. (Please if you are going to pass any comments on how parents are not responsible. Save it and just be a Parent)

As siblings we need to pay much more attention to our younger siblings. Observe what's going on and tell your parents if you feel there is something a miss.

As friends the same applies. Pay attention to your friends behaviour, their deportment, who their new friends are. Has their attitude changed.

As we grow older we may discover our friends or family have been abusing drugs for some time. We need to be supportive, not dismissive.

One of my young male clients turned to prostitution to feed his drug habit. While his parents knew he was taking drugs but never asked how he was paying the 200 euro's a week to support his habit.  Another young male client was put out of his home onto the streets because his parents did not know what to do with him.

Young People Are Vulnerable

With young people we can curtail their journey into drugs by observation. With older people we can offer support. But if they do not want to change we cannot do anything for them only love them. That does not mean giving them money to support their habit. It means loving them and supporting them through their journey.

Some will never change. Some may. Drugs have such a strong hold on human kind it seems like a mad statement to say "who wouldn't want to be healed and rid of drugs". When you are hooked the desire is stronger than breathing. So many are hooked - so few want to truly stop.
